It has been an exciting Science Week in Nursery as they have been exploring the fascinating life cycle of the butterfly!
Our young scientists have been busy observing and monitoring our very own live caterpillars, learning that a group of these tiny creatures is actually called a ‘kaleidoscope’. To bring their learning to life, the children used their art and design skills to create their own vibrant caterpillars using a variety of colourful paper. It has been wonderful to see the children’s curiosity grow alongside their new classroom ‘friends’!
