Ash Wednesday was on Wednesday 14th February, during half-term. However, we had an Ash assembly on Wednesday, led by Father Antonio.
He spoke about ‘opening the eyes of the heart’ to see God through practices of fasting, prayer and resisting temptation during this time of Lent.
