Year 1 and Reception children had a fun filled French Day on Wednesday. They took part in different activities including number games, making collages of the Eiffel tower, food tasting in a French café and listening to the French National anthem. Our French students also taught the children some French songs and games.
This week Tiger class visited The Norwood School for an Art lesson! The students and teachers introduced us to Julian Opie, a famous portrait artist. We created self-portraits in his style using photos and tracing paper. They really look like us!

The children gave a wonderful assembly talking about our school value this term, Perseverance. They sang a wonderful song, with actions, made a video reminding us to ‘never give up’ and ‘always try your best!’

We enjoyed a brilliant Spanish day at All Saints’ on Monday 28th January! We were treated to Flamenco dancing and music and the children and staff dressed in Spanish clothes and the colours of the Spanish flag. Our caterers also provided us with a fantastic Spanish menu! Un dia fantastico!
